How can I download and install Windows Media Player?

I'm running my laptop with Windows 7 and I want to download and install Windows Media Player.  I can't find the download to do this on the Microsoft Web site.  Can someone give me instructions step by step on how to do this?

Hello

Windows Media Player 12 is included in the editions of Windows 7 Starter, Home Premium, professional, Ultimate and Enterprise.

To start Windows Media Player, click the button start , click all programs and then click Windows Media Player.
