  I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction.

  I got the task to analyse the signal from a load cell, measuring vertical efforts on a buoy in the ocean waves. All I have are data files - Earth "calibration" run and a period of measurement of forces in the water. They are both simply traces time force vs. time. Calibration run consisted of hanging weight of the load cell. The problem is that the signal is very noisy, with a +/-10% fluctuation around the average. I don't see any particular model or the periodicity for the noise, but there may be something there.

  As a mechanical engineer, I don't know a lot about the signal processing, but I think there may be techniques to characterize the noise and filter it essentially leave the signal of interest (buoy in the water). I tried to run Fast Fourier Transforms of the calibration and signals live (in MS Excel), but they gave me a huge spread of frequency component, some with puzzlingy large amplitudes. Can anyone suggest alternative approaches or indicate where I have gone wrong?

  You can simply drag in iCloud reader, but I pass and move documents in their files app instead. It will probably take a while to download all documents.

  It is not a way to sync without some third party software that synchronizes folders, or learn how to use rsync in the Terminal.

  Instead of synchronization, simply use the iCloud drive in the 'Documents' folder after you move the files.

  It is in the middle part of the taskbar (what I found online so far is on the start menu, the quick launch area or area/system tray of notification, the location of the taskbar in full, either about grouping taskbar - I disabled because I would like to separate).  Can anyone help?  I don't understand why this is happening (or why microsoft would never do).

  Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Windows. The feature is limited to media files only and that the support for multimedia files is available in Windows (such as jpg, mp3, wmv), without any obligation to a third party software must be installed (as for the flv file).

  Here are the usual methods to solve this problem:

  • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows in a few days (only works if you have recently changed the password).
  • Logging in as a different admin account and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if create you an alternative admin account).
  • Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you have activated the account administrator and know its password).
  • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have created such a keyfile).
  • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)

  If none of these standard precautions work for you, then the remedy will be painful. Post again if this is the case.
