Everything was going well until I did this upgrade of bios, how can I downgrade to the original version? I tried the key windows + B thing and she does not see a black screen while my caps lock key blinks twice.  It drives me crazy... If anyone can help me I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you!

You can restore the BIOS with this document by selecting the reload the default BIOS settings or rollback. Restore default BIOS is necessary, if it does not give you the possibility of restoration.

  It wouldn't have a Windows option, it would be the manufacturer of the camera.  If their driver software includes an option, then you can use it. But only your manufacturer or instruction manual would know if your model has all the options like that.

  If you have Windows XP Home, then the only way to go to the Security tab is to start your computer in safe mode (repeatedly tap the F8 key while your computer starts) and then log in as a user with administrator privileges.

  LXCEtime.dll is a Lexmark file. If you have Lexmark/software installed on your computer, uninstall and reinstall the hardware/software Lexmark should solve the problem.
