  You can try to connect your COMPUTER to an external display to see if the problem is just with the software. If the external screen shows all the lines, he very probably be your LCD screen.   You have not only done 2015 CC adobe.  You subscribe to the creative cloud that allows you to activate the Photoshop installation on two machines.  You should be able to re - install Photoshop on your machine turned on.
