How can I get GALIMA to work on my Win7 computer?

I recently bought Medal of Honor Allied Assault, with the assumption that it would work on my Windows 7 64 bit computer. However, this is not the case. When I start the game, it goes to a gray screen and then a black screen. But the black screen never changes and never a pop-up that says MURIEL has stopped working. There's just black until I press the SPACEBAR, how he goes back to the gray screen and then closes the game.
What should I do to make it work on my computer?

You assumption was correct - Ministry of HEALTH - AA is compatible with Win7 64 bit and needs no compatibility setting.

I could be a problem of shortcut. Try the MOHAA.exe in the games installation folder.
If that works, create a new shortcut on the desktop with the Envoy of the option.

Have you used the Configure.exe?  It may be a problem with the game or by default in a resolution (640 x 480) can not your monitor or your control panel of the gpu is not configured to allow.  The configure.exe should choose 800 x 600, which should allow you at least in the configuration screen.
If you have already been able to access the configuration screen and set an incorrect resolution (ie - 1600 X 1200 for a 1920 X 1080 monitor) you need to remove the "unnamedsolder.cfg" - mainly of the folder \ configs folder and restart the game with the Configure.exe. Delete this file can help even if you have not yet visited in the
configuration screen.
