  You can change the font size of incoming emails by going to the Tools menu in Outlook Express and selecting Options.  Open the read tab, and then click the fonts option.  In the fonts window, click on font size and make your selection.  I always click OK, then apply and OK to be sure change stick.  You may close OE and then reopen it for the change to take effect.

  I don't know of any way to change the background color of the e-mails received.  I'm sure someone will have an answer for this procedure.

  Hello - I solved the problem... I didn't have a toolbar to work abroad before, but fihnaally got a up there. Went to 'Page' and it fixed the problem. I still have no idea how the problem was created, because I didn't have this up here before toolbar to change sizes.

• How can I get FF to stop change my proxy settings?

  I am running FF 4 and every time I close and reopen, I get the error message "Firefox is configured to use a proxy server refusing connections." I go into Options and change to no Proxy and the same thing will happen the next time I open. FF won't keep the settings that I do.

  Have you checked for an extension of the cause?

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  Use the measure tool. You can find it by clicking and holding on the rectangle tool from vector. Once you've done dragging the arrow lines, add a fill color to add numbers.
