My HP DV7-6135dx was returned to HP Support live for major repairs, including a replacement hard drive five times more now in a period of one year.   I don't know why you're getting this pop-up window, unless you do not use the Mail app...

• WMP 11 - How can I get rid of the long pause every time before opening of the media?

  Whenever I start to play a song in WMP 11, there is a long pause before start and whole page crashes. It is never used to happen before I reinstalled XP and had to download WMP 11 recently again.   It still looks like a driver/hardware problem. Have you checked the Web site of the manufacturer of the sound card for the latest drivers?

  Alternatively, you can try to lower the hardware acceleration tab of the DirectX Diagnostic tool Sound 1 .
