How can I get rid of the guest of O/N in the command prompt

I need a complement on the command line for the command that will allow my command to run and not below bring back a prompt Y/n

c:\sqlbak\*.*

When I run this command it returns are you sure (y/n) I need an additional command to add to the end of the foregoing will be held the

command and not come back with the (are you sure y/n)
