  This reminder is usually run as a scheduled task, so open windows control panel, open administrative tools, and open Task Scheduler.  Click once on the Task Scheduler Library to highlight and look for an entry called "Webreg".  Left-click this time to highlight it, then right click and select Disable.  Restart the computer for the change to take effect.
