How can I get rid of the voice command on my iPod iOS 6.1.6

The voice command suddenly appeared and interrupts all the time. I want to get rid of. I have been in settings and off voiceover but it makes no difference. It comes even when I turned off my iPod and when I then go to use it the battery is flat. Help, please.

To turn off VoiceOver on iPod nano using VoiceOver gestures

1. slide to the right or to the left with two fingers until you see or hear parameters.

2 double-click to open settings.

3. move your finger up or down the screen until you see or hear general, then double-click.

4. move your finger to the top or the bottom of the screen until you see or hear the accessibility, then double-tap.

5 move your finger up or down the screen until you see or hear VoiceOver, then double-click.
