  Because you can't get the system restore to work, perform a clean boot on your Windows XP system. The guide to that is here. Which follow, and then try again to Outlook. If it works to the minimum, then boot in the boot, analyse the whole system with your Antivirus and other security you have.
  Also make sure you have the drivers for the keyboard. Search for the manufacturing of the keyboard, and they should have the drivers on their support site. I hope this has been helpful!

  First of all:

  Switch to a Local, the switch back to a Microsoft Account account:

  You can choose between using your Microsoft Account or a normal user account by going to all PC settings, to the users section. :
  (1) immediately move your mouse to the lower right of the screen until the left menu appears, and then clicking settings (gear icon).
  (2) from there, click on the link "Change PC settings" at the bottom right.
  (3) now, you should be on the menu of the full-screen PC. On the left, go to the section "users."

  The only place for Thunderbird to get the suggested addresses comes from your address books. I've seen some appear not not in the books because some key info was never stored when the contact has been saved.
  Sometimes, you can start a new message and when bad contact appears select. Create the message, and drafts. Then you can go to the project folder, open the message of project by right-clicking and select open the Message in the tab. Then click on the star to the right of the contact and it will open the button Edit contact. From there, you can delete the contact.
  This does not always work well.

  You don't need to start the RPC Locator.

  I do not quite follow or understand why the pchealth.inf file isn't in the c:\windows\inf folder.

  I looked at my pchealth.inf with a text editor and there a lot of things in it and I found an IEM and 0409 folder, but is not to be the pchealth.inf file.

  When you open Explorer and look at the c:\windows\inf folder, there should be LOTS of files in there.  If you don't see them, you need to adjust your tools for the Explorer. Folder Options, display, advanced settings for allow:

  Display the hidden files and folders

  and uncheck the box for

  Hide extensions of known file types

  Then you should see a lot of INF files in the folder c:\windows\inf (check the part even once).  Unless they all had somehow kill him!
