  Hello

  There is no way to display the menu all programs when you click on the Start button. Start is similar to a toolbar. When you select it, it will show all the different components that you can access.

  You can stop the recent programs to display. Right-click the Start button and select Properties. In the privacy section, Remove the check mark from the option store and display recently opened programs in the start menu .

  You see the tab bar and the main toolbar? Otherwise:

  You say Menu "Start". Do you mean the taskbar? If Yes, read on.

  Although by default, the taskbar is displayed on the bottom of the screen, it can be on any side you prefer on. To move to any side to side, just click an unused portion and drag it where you want. Don't forget to click on * in * it, not on the edge. by clicking on the edge and dragging will resize not move.

  If it does not move, it can be locked. In this case, right click on it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar", then try again.

  Moreover, with the screen monitors wide today, I prefer the taskbar on the left or right side of the screen. In my view, which allows better use of screen real estate that having it at the bottom.

  However, I would probably stick with the more recent editor and get used to using it.

  Looks like you have your taskbar set to autohide.  If Yes, press Win - or Ctrl-Esc.   Or you could just bring up the run... dialog box by pressing Win - R to run control.exe

  Less likely you can see a case where explorer.exe is not running.   In this case, you can always open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete.   So, then you could restart explorer.exe using the file Task Manager, new task... command.   Or again, just start that way control.exe, if it was really what you wanted to do.

  So, I upgraded from CS6 CC and I loaded a previous CS6 project which then in turn loaded my previous layout of the workspace. Now the quick menu disappears at the top when I'm in edit mode. No idea how to reset it to factory settings? the use of workspace > reset to saved the layout seems to be the only option that obviously doesn't work.

  • Go to Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/9.0/Profile and rename the Layouts folder [anything, say OldLayouts]
  • Restart Premiere Pro
  • It should be default layout

  NOTE: You will lose all your layouts custom

  With your existing directpry structure links must be:

  This is because projects are located outside the structure of directories of your start page. If you were to use the following directory structure:

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/mainpage.htm

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/Project1/Project1.htm

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/Project2/Project2.htm

  you would be able to use the link syntax:

  Project1/project1.htm

  Project2/project2.htm
