  When you click Start in Windows 8, there is an image behind the tiles. I want my own image, which is an image from my Gallery, behind the tiles.

  When you click on the charm of settings and select Customize, you are allowed to choose among 20 preloaded images, with 20 being your current desktop image. I would use a still image without making changes to my desktop.

  I can not even find the location of the file for the preloaded images! If I knew where they were stored, I could add my own image library.

  I use a similar technigue to make my wallpapers available for all users: my wallpaper screen images has just moved into the Windows\Web\Wallpaper folder.

  Similarly, I do some of my available desktop themes to all users by copying them in the Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes folder.

  I even load my own sounds in the Windows\Media folder. Thus, all users have access to the sounds I like to use.

So far, I have two choices to deal with long lists of level 2 entries that break between pages/columns: (1) insert a page or column break before the level 1 entry, which can make this very short column with lots of empty space (doesn't look very good), or simply allow the entry of level 2 list to break without trying to keep the whole list in a single column. Sometimes, this works well, but there are times when no solution is sufficient and I would like to be able to inform the user that a list back to page 3 of the index is in fact the continuation of the same list on page 2.

  Online help provides instructions for inserting variables continuation in the tables. I was unable to find information on how to add to a long list of Index entries.

  I use FM version 8 for Windows (XP). However, I remember being able to do several years (between 1997 and 2002), so that this feature was present in early versions of FM unfortunately, I can't remember how to do it.

  Once you have selected 'Write' and the screen opens, you can toggle the sidebar of "Contacts" with F9. Near the top of the sidebar, you can select which address book to display. The sidebar will persist the next time you write as well.

  And a scanner DNG files? I doubt that they will be real raw files...

  You can scan an image tiff with all the cliches and to highlight the present details, and that will be as good as any raw file.

  Well, you can add titles and subtitles for your original videos, of course. But optional subtitles that you can turn on/off your DVD playback is not a feature of Premiere Elements or virtually any system I know of DVD authoring not pro.
