  I am new to Adobe EDGE and any sort of HTML5, so please forgive my general ignorance. Also, I looked through all of the outstanding issues on the forum on audio and not found that relate to my question

  I'm still working on how to include audio in my animation of EDGE I want to use in iBooks author. I have the audio to work when I saw it through a browser using the following code as an action to click on a symbol

  But whenever I actually publish the file as an html file or as a widget for iBooks (which is what I want it to be ideally) audio funtion not work. Am I missing a checkbox or a simple step here?

  If you can help it would be very useful that I was faced with thie for the better part of a day, that I have seen others with audio work and widgets, so I know that it must be possible!

  Oh yes, I have reason to think that .m4a files are the best for use in iBooks author am I not?

  I've received a tip yesterday and have not actually tried it yet, but it's here... Take a look inside the widget package and see if the audio file is in there, if not then re - add manually.

  The tip gave me was in fact to create the source link, publish the widget and then add the audio files, I say a quick glance because I noticed that Edge can sometimes leave the files and folders on the widget...

  And do not know what that audio is the best now iBooks began to accept a variety of media since the last update so that we are no longer limited to m4v/m4a... everything you put in seems to get optimized anyway...

  You probably have to go that far.

  First make sure that:

  in the Skype that your microphone is set as the default input device.

  * in Control Panel > sounds, make sure that the microphone is also chosen as a default entry camera to (record)

  * Double-click on the speaker icon in the systray and make sure that the microphone recording options, is the input device (check).

  If people still can't hear you, re-post giving number of make, name, and ref of PC/Laptop.

  I'm completely new to all this, so I couldn't have phrased that properly.

  I have three pictures I created an object state slideshow with. Each photo has the other two images in a smaller form as buttons so that the user can tap those to make the image appear.

  All my pictures are of animals and I would like to fix a button on the main image that will play an audio track of the sound of this animal.

  But every time I add sound to the State, the small images I used for the buttons stop working.

  What is the problem? Help, please.

  I thought about it. I added an invisible setting and used on the image as a button to the next State.

  NOW I can go to the photo of a different animal and also power press the "speaker" icon as it is sound.

  Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  Then, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.

  Chipset Driver - Windows 8.

  After reinstalling, restart the laptop and let Windows load completely.  Open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When this has completed, restart the computer again before checking if the Beats Audio is now listed in the windows control panel.

  After Effects has a very limited set of audio tools. Your only option to change the Equalization inside AE is to apply one of the equalizer and then before dialing the audio track that you use to the reader of the Audio spectrum. It's a little awkward, but it keeps all the controls inside the AE and keep them editable.

  Personally, if I want to isolate the frequencies I always use the hearing to create an audio layer duplicate that has been optimized for the effect that I need to generate audio.

  on the integration tab - select double integration and click export integrated signal

  Now you have a shift of signals in the right units.  Make a spectrum on that and you get a spectrum of integrated signal.
