  It is very important to solutions of marking as resolved.  It lets other users know that a solution was found to the problem, so if they have the same problem, they can find the answer more quickly.

  Bravo to give, it is just as important, but for a different reason.  Most of the users who help the people of this community are volunteers.  Get a Kudos is the only form of compensation they receive.  They are not paid for this, and giving Kudos is just a nice way to say thank you to the volunteers for a helping hand.

  The procedure for a resolved marker differs according to who you are.

  1. If you come from the thread (this means that you are the creator of the thread), then all you have to do is click Black accept as a Solution button (see image below) on the job that help you solve the problem.

  

  2 If you have joined a thread that did not have a solution yet (which means that you have found a thread with a similar problem like yours where a solution has not been found), you will not be able to use the accept as Solution button.  You will need to get a moderator in order to mark the thread for you, or wait as the creator of the thread mark.  To ask a moderator to mark the thread as solved, click content inappropriate the report link under the username of the person you want to get credit, and ask the moderators to mark the post as solved (see image below).

  

  The process of giving someone a Kudos for an answer that you loved is quite simple.  All you have to do is click on the star above the word Bravo under their user name (see image below).

  Whenever I try to get on the Support Forum.  I can never find my post.  There must be a way easier than go here and there and finally get lucky...  Of course, I don't feel like and student of honour!

  Just click on your user name, next to the Sign Out option and it should open up a new page which will show you your recent posts at the top of the page.

  It is possible to use the mobile database workbench...

  If you don't have any what project just to create a new. Then, right-click in the publications on the left frame and select "add the publication". If the publications exist in the database, it will appear here. Add it to your project and select it and in the menu bar of project-> drop in the repository-> Publication.

  I'm having a problem with the e-learning modules that I produce in Captivate 4 (and previously 3). The modules contain not any quiz and I'm only interested to have their report one complete/incomplete depending on whether the user has seen 80% of the slide.   Currently the course gets marked as completed, but with a score of 0%, that obiously some users find strange...

  As I have only the option to change the score of statement based on the partition or percenatge I'm trying to find where I can change the imsmanifest to send the score - EMPTY or NULL instead of 0. I've been looking through the imsmanifest it self and the files in the folder for scorm support - but can't understand where I would like to make this change.

  Andrew: I suspect your LMS is certainly interpret this status and with a score of 100%.  You can add code to debug in your file or contact your provider for the results and how you can proceed.

  dobini01: Oh, I can answer one of my questions myself, now, I found the SCORM.htm file - he was named in the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4\Templates\Publish\SCORM\1_2 and was called default.htm in my game.

  Andrew: I recommend duplication "default.htm". Leaving the deault.htm unmodified in your folder and have a new file called something like 'do not send score.htm' with the code changes.  You can play with the name to ensure that it fits properly in Captivate 4 menu drop-down (one of my suggestions for improving the interface of Captivate is to expand the drop-down list).

  I don't think, you can sort by date, but you can click on your profile, then click on 'Search all messages for the user' and select the range of "dates".

  You must refresh the page, it often happens after validation, and I need to refresh the page to see the new update.
