How can I recover my Xbox Live account if Microsoft won't look at my messages in the private forum?

Recently, I got a new xbox and I had to transfer my licenses of the old, through Xbox.com game. I got my game licenses, my father took her and my sister got hers; but my brother forgot his password, fictional character and his password to his e-mail so that he could not recover its licenses. For the past 2 weeks I tried to contact Microsoft on how to reset my password of brothers, then we can use its game licenses but they have not responded to my questions. I tried to recover the account of my brother (with my permission on his part) through the use of the private forum. I placed all the information we know about his account and gives more detailed information. After that 3 days waiting for it to be '24 hours' answer they said that not enough information was given. They have also stated that if I posted additional information they see it and if it helped they would allow us to get my brother passoword. I've added the option of them contacting my brother through Messages of Xbox, but they did not respond in 3 days. What should I do? They said that they respond within 24 hours approximately and it is public knowledge that 3 days is not equal to 24 hours. Help, please. Thank you.

P.S. I also put it in the section of Windows, other/unknown games, because there is no option for Xbox Live Help. It's weird, because Microsoft is the leader of the Xbox...

    Adobe Muse does not backup the Muse file while editing. As a best practice, you should take backup of the Muse file manually and save it to disk or online.

    I bought a new XBOX 360 console and exploit a @live.com Lived ID online. I gave the old XBOX 360 to a friend for his family use (7 children!).

    I also had an email from @comcast.net old associate to my ID Windows Live ID and XBOX Live. I now use a differn can't Live ID @live.com.

    Today, I realized that both my Live ID accounts are used (one by me @live.com, the other my friend @comcast.net).

    How can I fix this without compromising anything one of us done? I tried to simply remove the @comcast.net page ID Windows Live ID. But the account is being used, so I can't delete it. I also looked at all the information, it's my data and old cancelled the credit card, email address, personal information, etc. I'm not incur charges... Just fix the problem of ID.

    What is the brand and model of your computer?

    When you say that it connects what you mean exactly. The device appears in Device Manager? If so, is it under the appropriate name, or is it an 'unknown device '?
    Do you have any other Bluetooth compatible device connected to the PC?
    The problem here is that you have a device designed with one goal in mind, to be used on the XBOX 360. In fact, I can not even find the device listed in the Windows 7 Compatibility Center.
    Since you actually have the device in hand, you might want to try searching again once well because the Compatibility Center has some great resources for hardware problems.
    However, if you can't find it, and it is not listed, you can try this solution I found.
    "Windows Mobile Device Center. 
    You'll want to download the Windows Mobile Device Center from the link above and install it on your computer.
    In Device Manager, then you will see your device listed, I think as 'unknown device '.
    Right-click, and then click Update driver software
    Click Browse my computer for software
    Click on "Let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
    Select 'Bluetooth Radio' from the list.
    In the next window, you'll want to choose the one listed "Cooperation from Microsoft.
    In the list of drivers, select the most recent titled "Windows Mobile-based device support".
    Follow that all the prompts on screen and keep in mind that you may have to restart the computer once it is all done. And if still no luck, you can try to remove the device from Device Manager first and try again.
