  You will need to contact your carrier and see if they can change. There is no setting on the phone, only the owner can modify it, if they can. Not all carriers cannot change, and even if they can, it's a very short period. This has to do with the configuration of the call.   Reading your question a little more in detail, I doubt if you are using the Win32 GetDiskFreeSpace API function (including my previous post is the solution) of the function GetDiskSpace from the Toolbox of the programmer.

  How did you compose the signature?  If you have used the word or some office products, its probably loaded with unnecessary code.  In Word save as html, but use the filtered HTML and which should reduce the size.
