  Without a lot of explanation I recommend you to reinstall your operating system using sent DVD recovery. Place the recovery media in the DVD drive. Turn on the unit and press the C key immediately after that and keep it down for a short period.

  The DVD drive is the first boot device, and the recovery procedure will start. Follow the instructions on the screen and after 20 minutes, you'll "presets" and your device works well again.

  I strongly suggest that you buy an external hard drive and do you backup files on it.

  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica.
