  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

Center tech who fixed my phone saved the files on my hard drive, but not all programs I had installed including all my programs Adobe CS6.   Other forums related this topic say to reactivate the software, but I can't do that because there is no way for me to open a program that no longer exists on my machine. I have the feeling that the only way I can possibly reinstall it is if I have the drive, but if there is another way I would really like to know.
