How can I reinstall new products - because they are all corrupt and do not work?

Hi I really need an answer to this - I have had to roll back the Registry because continued to get a blue scree as soon as the PC began (after that I downloaded applications cloud creatives)- and now theres no registration on the menu start for a cloud of products and there is no .exe not files to run them - but the application manager Adobe creative cloud said that they are all installed - so I can't upload them to new?    Even if I delete the folders of adobe product - the application manager also said that they are installed.

How can I download again on the same computer? What the application manager uses to decide that I installed them on my computer, when in fact they are not?

Please use the Cleanup tool to uninstall the software completely.

Given that you tried to delete the folders manually before, please also try to uninstall the Application Manager and then try to reinstall by downloading the Adobe Application Manager again.
