I read on other boards sometimes there are identifiable patterns in what is indexed and what appears, but I was not able to establish such motives with these users.  Can anyone offer a diagnosis and a permanent solution?  Thank you.

  One of my progrmas opens but it does not display it shows up on top of the taskbar and indicates that running on the Task Manager, but the program does not appear on my screen.
