  The only time I see two icons for a Mozilla application in the dock is when I have to restart after installing an extension or a new theme. The additional icon disappears if I restart again. I have an extension that gives me a reset button to use. There is an add-on for Firefox that can give you a reset button, if you care to try this remedy.

  Found, thanks to messages later in this thread, as I mentioned in the op. Here's what they suggest (you must use Photoshop):

  1. in Photoshop, select help > updates:

  

  2. click on 'Preferences' in the lower-right.

  

  3. uncheck the "Notify me of new updates on the menu bar". Then click on 'Ok '.

  To my knowledge, it is a program and not a malicious software - so the following should do the trick (no problems of malware as far as I can tell - but if the following does not work, only after back with how you know there's always and we'll see what we can do.)

  What I've read, the process should be as remove any program http://www.ehow.com/how_7347305_remove-blinkx.html; However, just to be safe, we will use a method that tends to work better in almost all cases.   Download and install Revo: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html (the free version) and use it in advanced mode to uninstall and completely remove Blinx.  Once completed, restart and Olivier Bonnet should be gone for good.

  Open the properties of your network card (either will do)

  Go - properties and click the HP tool and select "Uninstall".

  You can format the hard drive to NTFS:

  i. double click on my computer.
  II. right-click on your hard drive and select Format.
  III. in the file system list, click format FAT32 or NTFS.
  IV. Click Start.
  v. click OK to start the formatting.
  VI. click OK again after the formatting is completed.

  You can disconnect to iCloud by going to Preferences-> iCloud-> Sign Out System. use iCloud is not required, so you can stop using it if you do not need.
