Smart Engine is a Trojan horse... If you have MalwareBytes installed, try to run... If this does not work (and it might because Smart Engine will try to stop it). Click here for additional removal instructions...

To disable this, the simplest method is to remove or uninstall the plugin Click-to-Call with Skype , through the Control Panel Add/Remove or uninstall function.

How can I remove a program called Browser Support?
Sometimes a problem with Firefox can be a result of malware installed on your computer, you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:
- Microsoft safety scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more information, see this other AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one. Windows 8 already has integrated antivirus.

I work in a sensitive project where I have a specific slide which will not move forward. I created a click box that goes to the next slide, and it remains in the same blade if it is in a loop. Very strange. What might be missing?
You can check the Advanced Interaction Panel? You have a note attached to the interactive objects in the simulation? If so, check the desired option Quiz, more specific preferences.

In order to install a new version of the Anti trend anti-virus software, I have to make sure that another program is completely uninstalled. The trend stops when if is the program still in 'services. How can I remove it?
Out of curiosity, what would the other program that does not properly uninstall?
If it were other software AV (McAfee, Norton, Symantec, NOD32, Avira, Avast, etc.), many of them require their own special to make them correctly and completely uninstalled uninstall tool/program. If you do not uninstall program, you will end up with pieces of the old program left on your system. Just by using Add/Remove programs no longer cuts on some of these things. These uninstaller programs are generally on the Support page for the AV program, you need to uninstall.
In any case (what 3.5%?), here's a good guide that explains how to remove a Service from your system.
http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/how-to-delete-a-Windows-service-in-Vista-or-XP/I would manually create a System Restore Point before making any changes in case something goes wrong and you need to back off the adjustment.

How can I remove an update which has no KB number on it?
If I review my editing history, I see the following entry:
product: xp
Update: Zoom - other hardware - Zoom Virtual Audio Device
status: green arrow
Date: 30/09/11
Source: Microsoft Update
=====================
This update has been installed via windows update on the microsoft Web site. I would like to remove this update, but I can't find the update in 'Control Panel, add or remove programs (with the updates to see the check mark).
Microsoft technical support said they are not without a certain number of KB updates, so it must be a virus. My antivirus (Kaspersky) standard software shows no problem and even once, I installed via windows update. How can I uninstall this patch?
This seems to be an update of the driver. Establishing general principles, you should never install drivers from Windows Update; all you need are 'critical' updates - not "optional" updates
If it's a driver, it will not appear in Add or Remove and there is a number of KB (the one who tells you otherwise is either misinformed or was not thought about drivers).
Why do you want to remove? You're having problems with your audio files?
See the old thread on what seems to be the same problem--> http://www.vistaheads.com/forums/microsoft-public-windowsupdate/201827-received-possible-false-hardware-update-windows-update.html
Read all the messages.Feel free to try "patches" described in this thread, but if you encounter a problem with a specific device that seems to have been caused by an incorrect installation of the driver Zoom, I suggest to uninstall the device and then re-setup using a pilot freshly downloaded. Download the current from your computer manufacturer driver (especially if you have a laptop) or the manufacturer of the device.

How can I remove the program FBDowloader from the computer?
Original title: FBDowloader won't go away
My computer has been infected with browser hijacker program, FBDowloader. I uninstalled the program, and I ran Norton Power Eraser, MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, McAfee Security Scan and MSE, none of which can locate or remove it. Power Eraser says that there is no rootkit virus. Whenever I start my computer and open IE, I go to Tools - Internet Options, reset the home page of the default home page and change the Google search provider. I then delete FBDownloader as a search engine option. However, FBDownloader reappears whenever I restart my computer and I have to go through the process of deleting it again. FBDownloader also appears in Google Chrome and Mozilla, and I've reset and delete there as well. How can I get rid of this pest?
I have not had this problem but a google found this - http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-fbdownloader-search/ that can help you. Also another look of such post in the Startup tab in MSCONFIG and uncheck the box if his list here.
As I say, I can't confirm this or otherwise, just found via google. Hope this helps (at least until the help of an expert)
