How can I run creative cloud?

Sorry people, I assume that this has been asked a thousand times but...

I downloaded and installed Windows 10 yesterday, then the free 30 day trial of Photoshop and Lightroom.  There is a list of files of program on my PC, so it seems that it is successful.  Double click on one of my icons on the desktop for these programs just shows an error on the user name and password for my email, which I suppose is not bound.

How can I run my apps?  I'm doing it right!

    Hello world!

    I'm VERY angry with anything that does not work on my computer with Adobe, and everything appears to be from a missing or wrong creative cloud installation.

    I downloaded the latest installer from the program and started it. Initially he installed the creative cloud, but the program does not work as required. Its opening, but then everything that happened was the blue cycle cycling for an eternity of loading and nothing happened. Then I uninstalled it. This also does not work properly; While running the uninstall program, a message came up saying "Uninstall completed with failures" (translated roughly, a German written here). None of that worked, the programs did not start somehow.

    But guess - it did not work.

    I'm very upset that *, I tried now for about 6 hours to get this working. I am in desperate need of InDesign to get running, but that gave me errors of editing that ACC PEUT be incorrect or damaged.

    I hope someone can tell me what's happened, or maybe what I did wrong and how do I get rid of this programs and issues.
