  You want to just save your ISP for Windows Mail account settings?  WinMail in: tools | Export of accounts & save export on the desktop. Copy disc and place it on the desktop of the new machine. Reverse the import process in the new email client.

  First, disconnect all the external devices connected to the computer, and then try to start and check what is happening.   Assuming you mean the Windows Advanced System Settings screen, then right click on my computer and choose Properties.  On the left side of the screen, you will see a link for the advanced system settings.

  You can also call directly my pressing the windows and R key (which will bring up the Run dialog box) and typing in control sysdm.cpl

  I would like to know how you, or if you want to say something else.
