  Looks like you did a system rather than a system restore recovery.  If you have inserted a disc supplied with your machine and booted from it, you probably erased the disc and installed the original operating system provided with your computer.  Usually, a step in this recovery is to do a full format or quick of your drive.  If you did a full format, your data is permanently lost.  With a quick format, your data may still be there, somewhere but inaccessible by normal means.  Applications must generally be installed, in order to recover the files probably will not help unless you have the original installation media.  Your other data files (images, videos, financial data) may be salvageable, but at this point, it would be advisable to take your computer or your disk to a business/professional who is experienced with data disc recovery.  It will be cheap and there is no guarantee.

  Impatient, remember investigate you a backup strategy for your computer and critical data.  Hard drives can go wrong with little or no warning.

  1 right-click the volume in the taskbar icon, and select sounds
  2. scroll down about 3/4 on the events program: the list and select the option that says Windows user account control

  I think that you will be very disappointed with the results if you use a 1867 x 1200 for this image.

  When you resample an image, Photoshop has invent the missing pixels, and in this case, the majority of the pixels in the image will have to be invented.

  If the image is from a digital camera, get your hands on the original, which is can be much larger.

  According to the homepage of Fracture, they want a 6480 x 8460 image at 300ppi for your format.

  300 DPI is probably overkill for this size, my guess is that 180 dpi might be enough.

  In this case, the image must be 4320 x 5760, which is what would produce a 24 megapixels.

  You might even get away with upsampling an image from a camera megapixels 15 or 16 years.

  Ask what they think of the Fracture.

  Regarding the 20 MB limit, save the file in jpg format, and then choose the highest quality that will not exceed 20 MB.

  For bookmarks:

  • Click the Bookmarks button, and then select show all bookmarks to open the bookmarks library. (You can use these keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Shift + B)
  • In the library window, click on import and backup button, and then select backup...
  • Save the file in your favorite place on the hard drive.

  But I'm not sure of the extension. So here's an idea on my side that connect to your account with synchronization. See this help: How can I set up Firefox Sync the sync settings, choose only bookmarks and Add-ons. Hope this can help.

  Only accept FLV files to 40 KB? Ouch... Well, I'll tell you this, I never work on ads or banners, etc., so I don't have to deal with these strict file size settings. But, when it comes to video, you have only one option to reduce the size of the file: Compress compress compress.

  You must choose a very low flow (aka the flow) of your FLV video file when you compress the MOV file. And, probably, it will make it look pretty crumby... You need to define your data until the absolute minimum setting rate.

  Data rate is the measure in Kbps (kilobits per second), such as 700 Kbps (a rate of data current, typical for video which is suitable for high speed Internet).

  Either way, I find rather strange they need for a video file, from a simple Flash SWF animation, small (which is more to do with my banner / bandwidth limit not taken conscience than anythings, however). It makes your job a little more difficult and adds seemingly useless measures... They really demand that all THE animations of the banner of the video and not the Flash SWF animations? Make sure that you know 100% what their specs are AND also ask to see other examples of ad banner you can see the evidence that the other animations have received tot hem with the same specifications. I can't believe that a video file will be<>

  Familiarize themselves with the help of Adobe Media Encoder. If you are not comfortable using it, simply search online tutorials on this subject, which won't be easy to find.

  See the image as an attachment. I did a 60 image SWF animation (30 frames per second, duration total only 2 seconds) of a busy area at top left to stage right, less than 300 x 200 (per your spec) size. Nothing Basic, simple, crazy. Flash, I exported the MOV file and introduced the present in Adobe Media Encoder CS5. Definition of the new video to FLV format and affecting the data rate 5 (crazy low setting). The file size came down to ~ 110 KB.
