  It is possible to send a text message (SMS) to a phone by email (look for "sms e-mail gateway"), but I don't know if you can join this way, i.e. MMS pictures. The simplest method would be for the recipient create an e-mail account on the phone.   What e-mail program? I see two easy options.
   
  1: Open the folder with the pix. Select one and then Ctrl + A will highlight all. Right click and drag them to the body of the e-mail message and copy here box. Who should attach if you use an e-mail client.
   
  2: right-click on the folder with the pix and send to | Compressed (zipped) folder and attach that.
   
  Note that your mail server has a size limit for the size of the message which the \pix can be a problem. If this is the case, use a site to download like Photobucket and provide the link. Let the recipient download them.

Defining the fields read-only will not prevent a well-informed use and determined to change, but will prevent users form most of the drive, edit the form. You should be able to find the example here with a search script.

  If the person sending the completed form to a recipient has Acrobat, you can flatten the shape and apply security. Flattening can be accomplished with preflight, PDF Optimization or JavaScript. For this approach, you can use the utility found at: http://www.uvsar.com/projects/acrobat/flattener/

I don't know what version of RoboHelp, you use and don't believe I have seen it mentioned anywhere in the thread. But based on your screenshot I'll risk a guess and say maybe this is version 7?

  Assuming that Version 7, your single Source for WebHelp presentation dialogue would look like this:
