  It is as a backup, or do you want the emails to be readable on the disk? If the latter, create a folder of Windows on the desktop or elsewhere. Open the WinMail folder and highlight all messages and drag them to the Windows folder. Burn this folder on the disc. You will still need Winmail view, but they will be out of the machine.

  Here is a link to a video about this, but keep in mind, you might have a lot of data to move if you send more than.

  You might be able to send via Proxy video instead, have the link editor to the Proxy video and then after they make their changes and send back them, you can re - link to your master film, but like I said Im new to first and do not know the most effective way to do it as long as it is not not a part of my regular workflow.

  On the flip side, if you're looking for something a little less robust in collaboration with and literally have a video clip that you wish to change or make improvements to, you could just sent the necessary media, let them edit and return a new clip for you in the same format and then you can use the clip, but you wouldn't get the possibility of further tweaking their work.   It is unclear what "email"button you are clicking on, but if it's a button in Adobe Reader (it is what it sounds like), this is not the right way for you to send the file.

  • Close Adobe Reader software.
  • Sign in to Hotmail
  • Click on the link 'send email '.

  • Click on the link 'Attachments' (after 'Insert')
  • Find your file in the "Send file" box and click on 'open '.
  • You will see the name of the file and the message "Download".
    • Most people have slow download speed, so if it's a large file, it will take quite a long time.
    • If the file is smaller than 25 MB, it will be attached to the email, and you will see the name of the file and its size in an area under the "Insert" keys
    • If the file is large at 25 MB, it will be transferred to your SkyDrive (you get automatically a SkyDrive with the same Windows Live ID that you use here and in Hotmail) and a link will be attached to the email instead of the actual file.
    • I have not done it myself, so I don't know what appears in the input box, but it probably gives an indication that it is a link rather than the file itself

  What e-mail program? I see two easy options.
   
  1: Open the folder with the pix. Select one and then Ctrl + A will highlight all. Right click and drag them to the body of the e-mail message and copy here box. Who should attach if you use an e-mail client.
   
  2: right-click on the folder with the pix and send to | Compressed (zipped) folder and attach that.
   
  Note that your mail server has a size limit for the size of the message which the \pix can be a problem. If this is the case, use a site to download like Photobucket and provide the link. Let the recipient download them.

  It is possible to send a text message (SMS) to a phone by email (look for "sms e-mail gateway"), but I don't know if you can join this way, i.e. MMS pictures. The simplest method would be for the recipient create an e-mail account on the phone. If they can't or won't, but they can access the web via a browser, I guess you could upload photos on one of the free file hosting services photo and send them links using the email-to-text method mentioned above.

  You can go to file | Except that in Notepad to save the text.  You can then use Insert | Attachment to attach the text of a message to the folder (or just drag the file recorded by the message above, then drop it) or you can just copy the text (use follow-up of CTRL-A CTRL-c), then in an e-mail message, and then paste it (CTRL-V).

  Send Adobe can certainly do that.

  Or you can do it manually:

  1. Download the file on Acrobat.com
  2. Check the file on Acrobat.com site, and then click send
  3. Use create an anonymous link and click the button to create a link
  4. copy the created download link and send it by e-mail

  To do this, the easiest method is to share the printer using the network sharing then in the command prompt, run the command copy to sharing like this:

   

  copy test.ps \\127.0.0.1\

   

  You can set the printer share name to some youset it when they share the printer.
