You will be able to use the House ePrint and Biz app to print remotely from your android device, but you will need to install ePrint and ePrint Center first account.   If people filling out the form are limited to the use of player, the best you can do is set the fields read-only or locked the form by signing a digital signature field. Defining the fields read-only will not prevent a well-informed use and determined to change, but will prevent users form most of the drive, edit the form. You should be able to find the example here with a search script.

  If the person sending the completed form to a recipient has Acrobat, you can flatten the shape and apply security. Flattening can be accomplished with preflight, PDF Optimization or JavaScript. For this approach, you can use the utility found at: http://www.uvsar.com/projects/acrobat/flattener/
