• How can I sort my favorites by name?

  I want to sort my Firefox bookmarks by name (alphabetical order), but I can't seem to find a way to do it. What I want is to sort them by name when I open the bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar, same way they are sorted in Internet Explorer when you use "sort by name". I managed to sort them in the bookmarks library, but this does not seem to translate to the bookmarks menu in the toolbar.

  Types in the library window (bookmarks > show all bookmarks) is for temporary display in the library window only and return to sorted after the closure of the Library window.

  You can not in Vista - that option is not available.  The following items can help you with the setting folder models and change the sort order to some degree Vista allows:

  Here's how to change the default template for a folder: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-explorer-folder-view-settings.html.  Default behavior is to select the model based on the first type of file placed in the folder (you must choose something).  Vista sets the folder type template according to what are the types of files in the window and the settings display window Explorer. This will show you how to reset the Windows Explorer folder view settings, disable Automatic folder Type discovery and increase the view of the folder cache to have Vista don't forget display settings, model of file type, size, or position of a specific window for when it was still closed to the location of specific path.

  It does not work with the Sub record under, Open with, open in a new tab (Internet Explorer), etc... dialog windows of type through the good File menu bar item. These don't seem to be able to have their size or their position to recall. For the latter, you can use the free program http://autosizer.en.softonic.com/ to resize them.

  Here is another article on how to modify the columns in Windows Explorer and sort in Vista: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/108665-column-customize.html.  This will show you how Add, Remove, move, change the widthand change the sort order of the columns in Windows Explorer in the way that you want.

• How can I sort my media file name of the project "icon view"?

  Hi all. I am trying to sort my media in the 'Project' Panel while displayed his point of view 'icon' file name and it's not working (I am running first Pro CC on a Windows 7 machine).

  I can sort very well in the project "List View" of the Group (by clicking on one of the headers, which is on the file header), but once I have switch back to "Display the icon" they lose their sort order (they seem to come to some sort of 'disorder' of the thing...)

  I'm sure that my files are already sorted by file name when I click on the import button and access to view of Windows Explorer, but it does not help either.

  Solution in site and forum, Firefox does not work on Firefox 4 for Mac, i.e. Control View-Sidebar-bookmarks, etc.

  All the Favorites are in folders.

  • The Bookmarks Toolbar folder stores the bookmarks that you see on the (view > toolbars >) Bookmarks Toolbar.
  • The bookmarks Menu folder stores the bookmarks that you see in the menu bookmarks and create via ' bookmarks > bookmark this Page "or" bookmark this link "in the context menu.
  • The Unsorted Bookmarks folder stores which inserts created bookmarks by clicking on the star on the right end of the address bar.

  You can right click on a such main folder (root) to sort the bookmarks in that folder.

  • "Tri" is done at the file level only, level up to a line of separation, if you added one of them
  • first of all, followed by individual bookmarks folders
  • 'gender' does not extend in the files, unless it has been changed recently - if you have a multiple-level folder structure, can sort must be made in each case and each level, iirc - I only 2 levels deep when you set up folders, YMMV so when go deeper

  The padlock just means it's a narrative that uses a secure connection. It is unlikely to have nothing to do with your inability to pass messages. Who is the account provider?

  Sorry, not the answer you were looking for... but you can not... at least not reliably.

  It's pot luck whether the real device name will be displayed, the IP address assigned to the device will appear. or the MAC address of the device will appear.

  Apple still has not corrected it after many years.

  According to the times (pictures), pictures are sorted by date with the oldest first or at the top of the window.  With the pictures window, they are sorted by date added to the library with more old photos at the top of the window.

  In pics 1.1 and 1.0 the only available sort order was with the oldest date first.
