How can I stop a program file to start my computer which appears every time

My computer starts and I will connect but onmy desk this program record appears to bingbar

There are three different places that you can check.

1. click on start / all programs/startup

Check any shortcut, referring to Bing. If found, delete this shortcut

2. click the button start/run

Type msconfig and press Enter

Click on the Startup tab, look for a reference to Bing. If found, uncheck this reference

3. click on start / all programs/startup

Click with the right button on startup, on the shortcut menu, click on "open all users". Check any shortcut, referring to Bing. If found, delete this shortcut

Hope this helps
