How can I stop my online home link take over my home page

I use fire fox and IE, and when I open IE does not open my home page, it always goes to myhomelinkonline

Firefox and IE Win have their own settings. What you choose for a
has no effect on the other. I guess you want to change home
page for IE? In the start menu window, enter; Internet options.

  • How can I stop the AI files link in the design

    Hi all

I noticed with the new versions of the AI if I use an element in a design (say a logo which is a tiff file) can remove this logo from my MAC file or move it to another folder, when I opened this design I still once he wants me to re-edit the link or find the file of the logo. Is there a way to get back to the old way and have the file of the logo to be included in the file HAVE, so I don't have this problem?

And there it is, the magic Embed button lol

  • How can I stop Windows 7 Home Premium to disconnect me after just 60 seconds?

It's so bad, that I can't even get up to go to the bathroom without leaving the game and I checked every setting I can think of to "solve" this problem.

I'm not using a screen saver and my Power Options are the following:

Require a password on Wakeup: no
Sleep after: the value never sleep
    Allow hybrid sleep: off
    Hibernate after: never
    Allow the wake timers: disable
Sleep button action: do nothing (is not a button standby, but thought it was worth a shot anyway)
Turn off the display after: 60 minutes

Are there other options that can cause this most annoying problem?

Is this lock, or do a logout complete where all your running programs get closed?  Please let us know what we (programs closing or not?) so that we can determine the source of the problem.

Also - Please note that even if you use a screensaver, this page still has an option of timer on it.  Getting back to your settings of the screensaver and make sure that the checkbox is disabled, even if the choice of the screensaver is already set to None.
  • How can I stop: 1) scrolling ads/info that remains on the page, even while I scroll down to the bottom. (2) new side tabs that appear at the end of the articles to tease the next articles?

I have two questions. In the past months, some sites there are ads or facebook/twitter links that scroll and remain on the same page that I scroll down. I find distracting moving images and want to stop them. How? I saw another development that I get close to the end of an article, two tabs appear on the left and right of the screen who tease article previous and next. These tabs appear often on the top of the text of the article I'm currently reading, making it difficult to finish the current article. How to stop these tabs?

    for 1)
Try using an extension "ad block", as a first step.
Click on > > AMO search for "ad block"

    I use this one - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/

    for 2)
You can try to use this extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/umatrix/ - too complicated for me, I rarely see these stupid teases 'previous' and 'next' and my screen is wide enough so that they do not cover any text I read.

Yes, thanks for following up. Although I can't say how it happened, just install the following addon should help: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/ (it will reset some preferences to their default values and uninstall again thereafter)
