How can I transfer my ISP settings (cable) on a disk for transfer to my new computer? am NOT computer savvy, so I need a specific answer.

am using disks, there is no much to transfer >

You want to just save your ISP for Windows Mail account settings?  WinMail in: tools | Export of accounts & save export on the desktop. Copy disc and place it on the desktop of the new machine. Reverse the import process in the new email client.
