  6. Right click on the app to iTunes (iTunes or iTunes.exe) and in the context menu, clickProperties.
  7. Click on the Compatibility tab.

  9. Click OK.
  10. Open iTunes and play a song.

  1. What is the full error message and codes error do you draw?

  I suggest you try the following steps to disable the compatibility mode and check if it helps

  a. Locate the launch of Dragon NaturallySpeaking file, right-click on it and click Properties.
  b. click on the Compatibility tab.
  c. in compatibility mode, uncheck the box "run this program in compatibility mode for".
  d. click ok to apply the changes.
  e. check if the problem persists.
