  Follow the steps below to disable text to speech in Windows Vista.

  (a) go to the section on your main screen where you see the time displayed.

  Sorry (actually, no, I don't work for adobe, so why should I be), CS4 is now a ' standard (still allows tables to good design!), program and css is the preferred method of styling.   Ah, I see - I don't think there is a way to stop this behavior when you are working in Design view in DW CS4. If you were still using CS3, you could deselect the "use CSS instead of HTML tags" in the General preferences category, but who went in CS4.
