  I hate how Apple has now the need to keep changing the user interface more. I would rather have stuck with the ios interface 6 or ios 5 if it meant that they stopped to bury the functions in the most complicated way, non-obvious possible.   Follow the steps below to disable text to speech in Windows Vista.
