How can I replace old details of credit card with my new details of credit card for automatic renewal?

To update your payment information, sign in to your account and www.adobe.com. Click on my products Plans & and then click on Edit next to your subscription payment details.

My old credit card information are on point or has expired and Im trying to update the site, but it does not for me. I need to fix this before October 30 or my membership will be cancelled. It seems with all the threads on this problem that adobe really needs to look at how their site is structured and secure it. I tried calling and chatting with customers and they didn't not help me at all, partly because they were Indians and did not fully understand my problem. It's extremely frustrating. I ask of you contact Adobe technical support & get confirmed if the CC can be reactivated or not, if it cannot be reactivated and then a re buy is necessary, technically, it just disconnect & reconnect the desktop preferences CC application.
