  (1) - what do you mean you have only 1 user account?

  When you set up Windows, you will need to create a user account. This account is an administrator account to allow you to set up your computer and install any programs that you want to use. And that's why the user account you are using is the administrator account.

  There is no way that you can create an administrator account, or by using a Standard account.

  (2) are you having issues during installation of the software or opening it?

  (3) what exactly happens when you try to open the software application?

  (4) should be codes error or error messages, if any?

  (5) what software are you trying to install or open?

  The account does not matter when you download a trial.  Just download the trial.  If you mean that you try to download a second copy of a trial on the same system that you have already run the trial on that won't work - a test system is the limit.

  I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard (student and teacher edition) when I started studying, but I have installed in the PC no longer works.   If your student permit is a Mac version, then you should be able to download CS5.5 and activate it with your serial number.  Your serial number does not work for another version, so try to get the work of CS5 will not get anywhere.  CS5 and CS5.5 are two quite different versions (5.5 should have been 6)

  Click on update driver (it comes may not do anything like MS is far behind the drivers of certification), now right CLICK

  Then go to the USB and UNINSTALL ALL controllers except the category itself (all in). RESET

  This will refresh the driver for the TouchPad and battery USB. This does not prevent the touchpad from working.

  The similar procedure on XP, Windows 7 and Vista is the same, except that we need to clear the specific device if present.
