How can I view the administrator account, which is not even in SafeMode (Windows 7)?

I was instructed to set up a Windows 7 PC. It has been used before, but I don't know by whom or how it was used. In order to do a bit of setting up I want, I need access to the administrator account. I have an account that is in the group administrator, Admin, but the account itself seems to be hidden or missing. It does not appear when I boot in safe mode. How can I access the administrator?

I found my own answer. The administrator account is disabled. Enable it, run the policy group, then Configuration Editor Local computer--> Windows settings security settings local policies--> security-> accounts options-->-->:--> Enable Administrator account status.

After that, I was able to connect to the administrator.

Move the Documents folder on the F drive (right click on Documents, properties-map) and the library /should/ re - point himself at this place.

  • How can I correct the installed fonts which are not correctly displayed in InDesign 2015?

I use InDesign 2015.2 on Windows 7.  I'm working on a document and you want to use a family of fonts installed on my computer.  Not all fonts display correctly in the window however.  When I select some fonts to a paragraph style, they appear as symbols and glyphs.  These fonts appear in the drop-down type (and an example of the face appears in the drop-down list).  They work very well in other applications Adobe, such as Illustrator.  No idea why I can't get to work in InDesign?  TIA!

  • forgot my password for the administrative account.i did not a password reset disk. AlSi o do not have a disk to recover. How can I reset my password or put them on the administrative account? __

I don't remember what my password for the administrative account.i did not a password reset disk.  AlSi o do not have a disk to recover. How can I reset my password or put on the administrative account?

If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user who has administrative privileges account you can log in to that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel. If you do not have another account like this set upwards or that you do not have the password which you will need to log on to the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu. Navigate using your arrow up; the mouse does not work here. Once in safe mode, you will see the normally hidden administrator account. The default password is white.

In XP Pro, you don't need to go to Safe Mode. In the home screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and the password that you assigned when you set up Windows.

If you reset the password of the account administrator integrated into house or have Pro and don't remember the password, use NTpasswd to change the password of the built-in to a white administrator account. Download the bootable CD .iso image file, burn with third-party burning software such as free ImgBurn , Nero or Roxio. Burn as an image, not in the form of data. Start with the media that you have created. You need to maybe change the boot order in the BIOS or obtain a menu of boot command temporary with the pressure of a special key. NTpasswd will run. Follow the instructions carefully.

Then, go to the user accounts applet in Control Panel and set passwords that you remember and other changes. WRITE THE PASSWORDS DOWN AND PUT THEM SOMEWHERE YOU WON'T LOSE THEM.

  • How can I get the administrator rights on my user account?

    OT: Without administrator rights.

I don't have my active administrator account.

I had a user account that I removed myself from the group administrator.

Now I'm locked to do anything.

I can't assign me to the admin group, I can't allow the user to administrator, I can't edit some files or delete some software...

I tried cmd but get access denied when you try to activate the administrator account. It does not help if I open CMD or anything else with administrator privileges.

I can't open the recovery mode, tried to start in safe mode and all the rest.

How can I get the administrator rights on my user account?

I had a user account, which I removed myself from the group administrator.

-> This is called "paint yourself in a corner.

I tried cmd but get access denied when you try to activate the administrator account. It does not help if I open CMD or anything else with administrator privileges.

-> Is normal. Either you are an administrator, or you're not.

How can I get the administrator rights on my user account?

-> Ask a friend to burn a CD repair system for you (Control Panel / backup and restore). Now to use this CD to start the machine in Repair Mode, and then use the system restore to set Windows to a point before you downgrade your one and only the admin account.

When you're done, plan ahead a little and create, test and document a spare, even admin account that you have a spare House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.

I use windows xp svc pack 3. some how it gets corrupted now and all my important data is in the folder my documents on my desk. I got my account with a password. I tried to repair my widows through the recovery console, but I was unable to open a session in my Windows through this procedure just stuck computer is there. even when I tried to fix it through the installation of windows, Setup also stuck on the step where it says "in search for earlier versions of windows."
now, I tried to copy the data by accessing another operating system on another hard drive but when I opened my account administrator located in the documents and settings folder, it says access is denied. I really need that data on these files is very important to me.
If you have an administrator password in windows, then the recovery console would need in order to log in the disk system, i.e. the c prompt.

If you tried to do a repair with the cd, then it may not have worked if your cd is the sp2 version of windows on your computer has been updated to sp3 version.  for the sp2 of xp cd works, you will need to uninstall the update to sp3 via Add/Remove programs.

so, now that you have enslaved the hard drive on another computer, you will need to do is try to take ownership of the files/folders:

How can I open an administrator account?

    Original title: faxactivation

    Hello

Thanks for your posting in the Microsoft community

Well, you can enable the administrator account hidden instead of an account

You can make the win + r and write lusrmgr.msc in the start search box or in the command run and pressing ENTER. Or, you could open the computer by right clicking on computer management in the start menu and select manage.

Expand System Tools > local users and groups > users.

Right-click the administrator account, and then select "Set password".

In the 'set password' click 'continue '.

In the "set password" enter the password of the administrator twice, then click on 'Ok '.

Then, activate the administrator account. Right click on the administrator account and select "Properties".

n check the box "account is disabled". Click on the Ok"" button.

  • How can I limit the number libraries which is to find Photos

How can I limit the number libraries which is to find pictures?

I have about 10 libraries I've migrated opening today.

I followed the advice I got from leonie, (level 10) below.

Photos will create a new library of Photos in your iPhoto library.  The new library will be named as the iPhoto, with the extension ".photoslibrary" library and your original library will have a new file name extension ".migratedphotolibrary".  Rename the resulting ".photolibrary", so you will always be able to open in Aperture. The icons of libraries will change also. New photo library will display an icon of 'fan photos' with the flower of the Rainbow.

So, I have now two files in my folder "Images".   One is called "Photo library" (these are ALL of .photoslibrary) the other is 'BACKUP ONLY iPhoto libraries' (these are ALL of .photolibrary).

When I hold down the option key and start the Photos is to find all the libraries of two files above. How can I say Photos don't not to look in the old folder "iPhoto library"?

This isn't a feature of Photos

You can request that Apple itself - http://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html - but not, it is not an option

According to your troubleshooting info, you have 2 set preferences to update the:
    Browser.history_expire_days

    Browser.history_expire_days. Mirror
    7

In the address bar, type Subject: config and press ENTER. The subject: config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click on that I'll be careful, I promise! to continue on the subject: config page.
Search for the preference browser.history_expire_days. Right-click on it and select reset. Do the same for other preferences.
