  Here's a way to do what you asked:

  AND       SUM (CASE WHEN name = 'step'   AND value = '400'     THEN 1 END) > 0
  AND       SUM (CASE WHEN name = 'scna'   AND value = 'cd_demo' THEN 1 END) > 0
  AND       SUM (CASE WHEN name = 'system' AND value = 'd47-010' THEN 1 END) > 0
  AND       SUM (CASE WHEN name = 'type'   AND value = 'step'    THEN 1 END) > 0
  ;
  

  If you think that a WHERE clause would be used, but WHERE does apply to a single line. You need a condition that checks several rows in the same group.
  WHEN has an effect something like WHERE.

  By default, Acrobat DC IOS shows the consulted files recently.  You need to switch to another file location (for example, Local, Document cloud creative) to delete, rename, move or duplicate files.

  You can switch to the Local, if you do not want the files and folders that are stored locally on your iPad.

  However you can do this online via a web browser.

  Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent on iPad in the web browser, sign in using your Adobe ID & Document Cloud tab see you all the files downloaded, select it & download it to your device.

  Eventually you will be able to see the file downloaded in Acrobat Reader App mobile on the Local tab.

  If you have a professional account, there is a feature that you can enable to recover separate documents. You can go to the account-> account setting-> general framework 'Keep the separate documents' and select Save.
