How do COMPLETELY uninstall you CC Photoshop and Lightroom adobe products?

Since forced to upgrade to the 'cloud' online (I should say 'cloudy') CC version of Photoshop and Lightroom when I upgraded my mac operating system, I learned to hate quickly he and the new attitude of the company Adobe.  So I UNINSTALLED so-called both Photoshop and Lightroom.  BUT STILL... like a ghost nagging me... whenever I start the mac, I get a "problem report" pop up this 'creative cloud' unexpectedly.  I also had this until I UNINSTALLED the program.  How can I get rid of what it is referring to the completely misnamed 'creative cloud' of to appear on my screen?

Hi, Dorian,

You must use the Adobe CC cleaning tool - use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
