  May be that the video file format is not compatible with Windows Media Player.

  Options: -.

  1] download and install VLC Player. It's free and supports file formats more than WMP.

  2] download and install the codecs

  Personally, I prefer VLC Player-if you have that then not need to download and install the codec of any third party.

  the utility tells me I have no decoder... the only thing I can think is that if I actually deleted it...
