  Hold the left SHIFT key you click Shutdown to temporarily prevent hybrid boot.

  It is easy to add a new user account. Go in Control Panel - user accounts - add or remove some... you will see your main account and beneath the box 'create a new ac' - you want to choose administrator rather standard - give it a name 'Second Ac' or similar - add if desired password - choose picture etc, and you go!
