Well well... your site says I can't buy vista as sell you is no longer... WHAT!  Now, I'm screwed or people a way you sell me a Vista key?

  I tried yesterday and he said that it was not valid.  Then I tried the serial number for the LR6, and while it was OK, they told me that the version of LR was not on my computer.  The cat tech said I need a mouse to reinstall the program.  I'll add that now and reaching out again to adobe support.  Thank you for having responded

Then, I tried to sign up for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, but cannot do so because the site indicates the serial numbers should be long of 24 digits, and them I found in the comments sections are only 20 characters long. I guess to reinstall these programs that I'll need to have the products on the site, is that correct?

  Displayed in the connection option serial numbers aren't going to be series of application numbers.  You will need to contact the seller who has sold you the device in order to see what options you have to re - acquire the software.  As I said, you are likely to find that your permitted use is limited to the machine that was purchased.
