How do sign you a document that was sent to you?

Not sure if you talk to a PDF file or not. If it is a PDF file and you have a player, it only will allow him to be unalterable. You need to buy Adobe Acrobat or find in the 3rd party software that can read and write PDF files on the internet. Some may be free, you will need to look for.

    I wonder how streamline the signature documents when I have several to sign.  Whenever I log in, it takes me through the process of signing, then I have to click back to the dashboard or my managing the file, click Next, and wait for it to load, sign it and do it again.  Is there a way to sign a document and then once completed, it automatically goes to the next must be signed instead of pushing away me at first?  It was a characteristic DocuSign has and his late.  It takes 3 times as long to sign with EchoSign as it took be before using another tool of e-sign.

    I want to send several documents in a single attachment to a recipient.  Each attached document for specific areas must be pre filled and signed.  Each document also have specific areas where recipient must sign and initial.  Once the recipient signs the document must get back to me so that I can sign in multiple areas of the documents.

    Currently when I try to do, I am able to sent the document where the recipient can pre fill out and sign, but when she turns to me, I don't have the opportunity to sign to a place given in the document - instead I can only sign on the last page of the document once.

    In this case, you can place the field signature manually and assign the correct role in the field.

    You can follow the below mentioned workflow: -.

    -Go to send tab

    -Select I need sign (last)

    -Check the signatures of position overview

    -Manually place a signature for your signature field

    -Double-click on the field and changing the role of field to E-sign by you

    From the form you want to sign open in Reader, select the tool fill & sign on the right side of the toolbar. This action opens the filler panel & sign of right hand. Then open (expansion) Tools to fill & sign.

    There are three possible scenarios to this point...

    1. The Signature Place tool is disabled (grayed out). That would be because the security on the folder setting do not allow any changes.
    2. E Place signaturetool is enabled, but when select you and get the Signature of Place dialog box, the only option available is a certificate of use. This is because the document contains an existing signature field and support is the author of the document requires a digital signature, secure as opposed to the electronic signature.
    3. Place signaturee tool is activated, and all the radio buttons are activated on the Signature of Place dialog box.

    That three scenarios you encounter drive you can do then. Obviously with scenario 1 there is nothing else to do. Scenario 2 you must have access to a digital ID to create a digital signature. Scenario 3, you have the ability to create a digital signature using your digital ID, or you can create an electronic signature by placing a mark on the paper. This mark can be your typed name, a signature that you create with a mouse or a scanned image of your wet ink signature.

    If you need to create a digital signature, then you must have access to a digital code. There are two options for getting a digital ID; You can buy one from a reliable certification authority (CA), which will be to sift through your identity, or, you can have drive generated an unreliable digital ID for free. What you select depends on what the second part (you are the first party, the recipient of the document is the second party and if a CA is involved they are one-third) requires, or more precisely, what agreement you and other party come.

    Look out for this option "I need to sign...". "while on the send page which gives you the opportunity to sign the first/last:

    Alternatively, you can add your own e-mail address in the list with the other recipients in the same order, you want them to sign the document.

    You may need to uninstall XI of drive on your computer, and then install the version of DC from the below mentioned link:

    Yes, you can place the signature to a particular position field in the document as follows:

    1. connect to EchoSign account.

    2. Enter the e-mail address of the recipient.

    3. download the document.

    4. check "Preview, the Signatures of Position or add form fields" and click Next.

    5. in the preview page, drag and drop the signature and other fields of the form if necessary in the document.

    6. once the fields are placed, press Send.

    The company that I work wants to go paperless and we are deploying iPads with Expert PDF that synchronize with our FTP server. It works very well, and when we sign in using PDF Expert on the iPad we can actually sign with a pen and make it look like a paper signature.

    We are also keen to deploy portable computers able to reach for some of our field technicians, because they must use Xactimate while on a construction site. Rather than give them a phone fantasy (looking at the Tablet, Lenovo ThinkPad X 230) and one iPad, I rather just use the laptop in the same way that we would use iPads to sign the documents.

    The problem with that is that I can't get Acrobat or Reader to allow me to draw a signature in a signature field. Is this possible? One or the other when I go to the Signature of the place and the window shows that I have that the certificate option, other options are all greyed out...

    How can I achieve what I'm looking for? Is there a particular setting or the way to save the PDF file (out of scope) to allow the signature fields to shoot?

    OK, so I thought about it and I have to say, Adobe went back on it. In Reader 10, you can simply go to the extended tab, select apply ink Signature, select the box and you're done. 11 reader do you by going to the tab of the Panel, select the place of Signature, and then select draw my signature. BUT, for that to work really, signature fields in the form must be removed from the PDF or the only option you get is to use a certificate. Good job Adobe, to complicate a simple task.

    As you are copied as part of the operation, you can view the original document sent out and receive the copy signed & filed final but don't have the authority to sign. If you want to sign the document, be sure to check "I have need to sign" as first or last as needed.
