  The General procedure is to create a new system module in Configuration/definitions as a user with the role of 'Dashboard Designer', then create an empty dashboard in the module using a page layout view.

  Then, you must satisfy the required context of entry of the dashboard copied into your empty dashboard and then add the copied display as a child of this dashboard.

  If one of these steps is unknown to you, you will need to spend time with WCF to familiarize yourself with the tools and capabilities before start you this project. Database dashboards is more sophisticated and complex than in Foglight, then here is a difficult place to start. You can familiarize yourself with WCF using the tutorial using Foglight , or through simple projects like the construction of a dashboard customized to summarize LogFilter alarms.

  Jon answer is close to everything. Just a minor change and it will work perfectly.

  In the properties of the CSS designer pane, select the show the value checkbox. That will eliminate the need for any scrolling. Simply click inside the color in the style sheet, and the CSS designer displays a color box showing you the color.

  Another technical, but not as effective, is to open the active panel, and then select the icon colors. The Panel displays all the colors used in the site. That they are listed in numerical order.

  HD recovery is part of the installation of Mac OS X. It is for the operating system. Hidden to the user. You can't change it.   I'll send control messages via a serial port, which are built in a series of bytes.  Currently, I have all these messages in an excel file which is 8 columns of 224 lines.  The messages are the exact hex display, I need for my program works.  To check my installation, I tested a few messages by manually typing in messages using a string constant and the value display hexadecimal and everything works well.  How can I get the strings in my file to be recognized as they use hexadecimal display.

  So if I understand, you read an ASCII representation to hexadecimal format of the command strings.

  You must convert ASCII bytes, then the chain, in this way:

  The short answer is you can't.

  However, you pouvez add a list field or down the page or create a menu in the 3D runtime which will display a list of named views as "views" you "Save" through your code. If I did that, I would use a hidden field containing a JSON string that stores the original name of the view and the changes that your code performs. Then when one of these "views" is selected, obtained in the initial display and then review the terms that you have captured in your if statement.

  These, of course, would not appear in the model tree, but would be visible in your list box.

  If you don't want to use the pool (for some reason any) then creating vSwitches with only a single uplink or create multiple groups of ports on a vSwitch with multiple uplinks and override the order of failover on each port group to set vmnic active, standby and unused.

  It was stated earlier in this thread - a case of primary use for the remote collector is to collect metrics to an environment that is separated by a logical or physical network complexity.  For example, a demilitarized zone where you want to just open a minimum of connections internally or to a remote location where you have limited network connectivity and wishes to consolidate the collections to save bandwidth.

  You can also choose to add another collector if your vC Ops server is of limited resources.  However, based on the environment of size that you used in your example, there is no advantage and only an additional complexity of having several collectors.

  I am interested in taking the new beta review of VCA Office which has just been announced this week.  I have previouslt sat other exams from vmware, but not a beta version review.  How does the beta exam?  I noticed in the action plan there is no set of passmark.  I have to take the exam and then wait for the results that they are assembled?

  If I take the beta exam in version then it will be upgraded to full certification once the beta review of the version?  The review is currently only £50 instead of £110.

  How the BETA exams work generally is you will have more questions than the final exam, this is for feedback on the various issues that VMware had in mind. This can if extend the depth of a subject given to difficult of a given question and you will be able to provide comments on each question, at least that's how it was in the reviews BETA for the VCP, VCAP4-DCA and the VCAP4-DCD, everything that I took part in the BETA program.

  As you have noticed, there is no set of passmark because currently it's unknown yet, which will be determined by VMware after the exam in BETA version in which they finalized a score and select the questions that they feel best fit the content based on feedback. Receive your scores may take up to 2 months and more if it is not more that it has been for most of the BETA exams. If you pass the exam in beta, you pass the real exam, it's just in the BETA version, you get the width of the questions while the final exam, you will see a subset of these questions. The other added benefit is not only the feedback that you provide to VMware, but also a nice discount on the normal price and I hope that you are not required to take any compulsory course which can run up to US $3,000

  I'm trying to serealize a document of AI using the javascript API. Based on the "REFERENCE AI CC SCRIPTING" I assumed that this could be done in simple traversing the dom and by recording the type and the properties of each object. However, it seems that the API is not complete. For example, I can't understand how to read the a symbolItem transformation matrix. (i.e. When you create a new symbolItem to a symbol and then resizing/rotation/repositioning, how can I find these new properties?)

  It's just a thing that I stumbled on, which could be set using the C SDK. However, I wonder if it is worth the effort or more like a bucket full of holes to fill? How is the javascript API?
