  It is ok. I have no problem at all.

  For the 'loop' For when you connect the table thanks to indexing, the number of iterations is set to the size of the array. The iteration number assigned to N (in your case 10) is ignored.

  For the 'While' loop the number of iteration is defined by the Boolean Condition and the size of the array is ignored.

  I have a table name WRESTLING, with one of its fieldnamed DATE, using the DATE data type.
  The date format incudes timestamp, can someone help me how to remove the timestamp part.
  I want only the part of date only. I tried this:
  
  Update DATE is to_char(date,'DD-MON-YYYY') set of CATCH;.
  but the result of all the date inside the table always have timestamp.
  
  can I use this:
  Update DATE is to_date(date,'DD-MON-YYYY') set of CATCH;.
  and still the same result.
  
  Can anyone advice on this? pls.

  No, you can never remove the component "hour" of a DATE.

  If you do not want to display a date in time (display purposes only!), use TO_CHAR to "transform" the DATE to a string with the format mask

  The volume taken by the table is consistent with the number of lines you have and the average space taken by each activity.

  what I propose (this is not a 'query' problem since you decide to read the ENTIRE contents of the table and you are not satisfied with the performance):
  -Try this query in parallel (maybe your server will not parallelize it):

   select /*+ PARALLEL(x) */ * from ta x
  

  - or check what are the events of theses/wait (probably the disk IO rate or the network)

  REM: As SY compression could be an option to go in his direction, I repeat:
  "change the type data number EMPLOYEE_NUMBER" instead of varchar2 (rebuild the table) in a way you will earn enough space (bytes/line) VS the actual duration of each lines.
  Another way to reduce the space and If you insert / select in this table is finally reduce the PCTFREE, but beware the danger of this is that you will lose all the benefit if this table is updated or deleted. (it may not be the case today, but it could be in the future!)

  If you mean that you try to create a table with entries from forms that develops by creating new topics, I'm sorry to tell you that is not possible in InDesign. It is not yet possible in Acrobat. The only software that takes in charge who is LiveCycle ES Designer that creates some XFA forms, a type of form which becomes less support in the future.

  In your code, you always go back during the first iteration because you return instructions in the two branches of the If condition. The solution is to move the return null (successful validation result) statement after and outside the cycle.

  Hello. I use the server of Oracle 11 GR 1 material with Oracle Linux 5 database.

  My instance of database is named HRCS90, which the user access Id is MyName, and his identification of user SYS system.

  I have a few questions about user ID to access the PSRECDEL and PSROLEDEFN table in the HRCS90 database as below:

  SQL > select * from PSRECDEL;

  His output under the SYS user: table or view does not exist.

  His output under user myName: no selected lines. This means that the table THAT PSRECDEL exists, and myName user can access.

  SQL > select * from PSROLEDEFN;

  His output under SYS and MyName: table or view does not exist.

  My questions are:

  How to check if a table really exists in the instance of database HRCS90 or not?

  Since there is no entry to both DBA_OBJECTS and DBA_RECYCLEBIN. So that means that the particular object is not in the database.

  I came across a (strange) pdf file and after analysis it proved that some fields occur repeatedly in the array of fields.

  So how to deal with this kind of PDF files?

  Following the discussion: I opened the document in lifecycle designer and he showed me an error (because I expected it Acrobat).

  The explanaination was a (verified) radiobutton was referenced several times (because of this problem). And it is certainly a violation of the spec - you can't have multiple radio buttons checked in a group - and this is the reason why it should be illegal to have duplicate entries in the table of /Operations or /Annots (according to me).

  Interesting that the life cycle Designer appears to 'better' in this way that acrobat - since acrobat does not complain and lifecycle designer showed the correct attention in the first place.

  I'm trying to implement single master with two tables in detail using oracle adf framework of Jdev 11.1.1.4.0. I am able to only master / details using the link display but unable to reach the details i.e., nested block child master with nested blocks.
  
  I created query view object based on the master and two poll objects of the base seen as details. Then, I created two master of first child link and another link for master of the second child. Even in this case in my data controls I see two different components which is incorrect.
  
  Please let me know how to create a data control for an example below:

  The cmdlet Connect-VIServer of PowerCLU 4u1 leave takes supported several open sessions.

  The sessions are stored in a table called $defaultVIServers.

  If you need restore an open session, you can use the entry for this server in the array and then use the SessionId property to make this session open session / by default (which is stored in the variable $defaultVIServer).

  Something like that

  Connect-VIServer -Server VC2

  I use image Maker 10 with S1000D Application Pack, I again document S1000D-> New-> model Crew, inputing the data according to the elements and updating the table of the S1000D materials-> update TOCs all works fine, but when I insert the Figure and updated the table of contents it is not in the format

  

  When I checked the document example given in FM 10 S1000D, once I insert the item 'Title of Figure' it auto entry number... but not in the model of the crew.

  This formatting error is due to a rule of text missing in the application of the crew Module. The best way to solve this problem is the following:

  1. Locate the S1000D application files in FrameMaker installation folder.
  2. Open the ESD for the purposes of the crew: crew_401.edd.fm.
  3. Also open ESD for the purposes of Description: description_401.edd.fm.
  4. In the ESD crew locate the definition of element figureTitle which is located in the graphics section. You should see that figureTitle has no formatting rule.
  5. The EDD Description contain the rules of formatting required, so just copy these rules to ESD of the crew.
  6. Save the EDD crew. You may modify the EDD file permissions to allow read/write access.
  7. Open the template of the crew: crew_401.tpl.fm.
  8. Import EDD into the model by using file > import > element definitions...
  9. Save the model of the crew.
  10. Open the module data crew, the list of Figures displays now the correct formatting.

  Note: Do not import the EDD directly in a data module open as this will overwrite the values of the attributes as defined by the map BREX.
