How do you create drop-down menus selection?

Currently, I'm trying to understand how to create a webshop through Muse. If someone needed to take a quantity or size, is there a way to add a menu drop-down selection?

I think you're referring to the attributes of the product with variations, I'm afraid Muse does not have an option for this. You can use any e-commerce service and incorporate them into your site through Muse, management of the rest or add options must be performed outside the Muse.

Thank you

Sanjit

  • How to organize the drop-down menus page in Web analysis report

    Hello Experts!

I created a Web based on my Esssbase cube analysis document. This document contains a grid with 7 drop-down menus. All dropdowns are in a line from the top and they are narrowed so that all they are part of line 1 in the screen and I can't see the full names of the members in a drop-down list. So I need some advice on how I can arrange drop-downs in my Web analysis report so that I can see the full names of members at the opening of the drop-down list? Thank you very much!

I'm building a website for a transport service company and I was wondering how to create a function to display the prices based on the two sites chosen by the customer in a menu drop-down. Basically, it would look like this:

    (departure) (to get) [cost]

The idea would be to have customers select two locations (departure and arrival) and then based on these two sites, the cost would be displayed. Is there a way to do this?

Which would not be supported by Muse directly. You create a widget customized for this by using Javascript.

  • How to create drop down menus in Muse with more than two tabs

The widget menu pullsown does only two tabs. How do you do this more than two tabs?

By default, the tabs in the menu widget are generated in Muse based on the site map, that you define in outline view. This is configurable based on the Menu type setting you choose in the options Menu If you wish, only, upper level pages subpages too or manual. So in order to add a third menu tab, you simply add a third upper level page.

I would like to know if it's not what you're looking for and what exactly you're trying to reach.

  • How to get the drop-down menus to insert the time in format 24 hours a day instead of 12-hour format?

Need help with form that inserts a time defined by the user in a new record using the drop-down list three menus, php 5.3 and mysql on OS X system.

I have a problem of formatting the values inserted in 12-hour am/pm time format in mysql time 24 hours format. I don't know how or where to do the necessary changes. I use a Web script that works as required, with the exception of conversion on the issue of the time.

I tried to format time in mysql using DATE_FORMAT and TIME_FORMAT, change formatting using php, using another function to add 12 hours, using advice from various forum posts, using a hidden field and reorganize the content of the page, but I am unfortunately too inexperienced and awkward in the areas involved to shoot successfully it all together; Instead, I just managed to confuse me and make hash of the encoding.

The code on the page works (inserts in the mysql database) but not inserts do not pm time. The mysql field is a basic time with a default value of 00:00:00. I have need the date as the time lists are especially necessary for planning purposes unrelated to any specific date.

I would appreciate help, ideas, pointers or ideas is at work. It is a new area for me. Thank you.

There is nothing wrong with your brain. You did it very well. Is to forget the details such as 12 noon and midnight, causing stupid errors of logic in the code.

  • How to make menu drop-down menus to stay open long enough to use

Since the last version of Firefox has been installed, I usually can't drop boxes at work, as they open from time to time, but won't stay open long enough to select an item.
This does not happen in all other browsers that I use in my work as a web designer, or when using other programs...
It happens on both computers, running Win7 professional office and the other, a Sony Vaio, running Win7 ultimate.
The two are on their native resolution of 1920 x 1080. Change the resolution makes no difference.
I tried different scales using CTRL + and CTRL - nothing helped.
Is it possible to revert to the previous version as it has done since I have updated some time ago.

Try to disable in Firefox hardware acceleration if the issue returns.

I can't get my calculations right away, even after the selection "commit selected value immediately" on my drop-down menus. Any ideas?

The field calculation order is probably not set correctly. The specific configuration procedure it depends on which version of Acrobat you are using. Acrobat 11, you would go first in forms editing mode (Tools > forms > change), and then select:

Tasks > other tasks > set field calculation order

  • «"You want to enlarge the fonts in the drop-down menus, especially for" view all bookmarksbookmarks»

The fonts are really small in the bookmark drop down menus.

There is a Firefox extension that allows you to enlarge the fonts in the menu and toolbar. You could give this a try and see if it works for bookmarks, too:

    https://addons.Mozilla.org/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/

Its button usually appears towards the end of the main toolbar once you install it. Once you have finished defining the desired font size, you can take the bar button using the personalization feature. See: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars.

  • Just upgraded to 32.0.1 and drop down menus were shifted to the left. How can I fix this?

I just upgraded to 32.0.1 for Mac, and from the drop down menus were shifted to the left. I tried to reset. I tried to reset Firefox and the problem was not resolved.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

You can check for problems caused by plugins and all the plugins to "Ask to activate" on the page "Firefox/tools > Modules > Plugins" (plugins are not affected by the Mode of Firefox safe)
