  what you are looking for is a "wireless encryption key.

  I recommend using dartybox.com as a resource for this. Depending on your router, you will find the installation wizards to help you with the configureing wireless security.

  I've been running on this issue for some time now, however, I finally got tired of it. I want to set a password policy, but the option 'Reset password on the first login of the user' completely kills OpenDirectory.

  It always seems to be the case - the diradmin account gets completely borked. Have you already found a way to define this strategy successfully?

  This command will unlock the overall strategy and restore the account, so you can use OD once again, but it's just a solution, not a solution.

  Hello. I want to implement access restrictions to a MAC address (machine of my child) based on the days of the week.   We lost power this morning and all 4 ESX hosts are down.  When the power is back, we observe that VM is not started automatically.

  We find we have not enabled 'start and stop Virtual Machines with the system.  In this way, we have allowed it.

  We'd like to know, is it necessary to move all virtual machines (those we would like to bring start automatically when the host is in place) "Manual start" to "any order"?

  (1) Yes, it applies for each host and is not shared between all the other hosts and is disabled by default. You must activate it by going to configuration tab look for 'Machine virtual start/stop' to activate and set the priority/delay for your virtual machines

  (2) personally, I don't use this feature, it could be the case that the default update the settings back... it would be surprising if that were the case, I re - activate and try to stop or restart and see if that is the case. If it's the latter, I would file a ticket with VMware if you have a support contract

  (3) No, if everything is configured correctly and the change of the start/stop is retained through reboots, they should automatically turn on virtual machines in the list that you specified.

  Hi all. I'm not a very experienced user of the CVI. I have almost exclusively coding in LabVIEW but have a client who wants all of their work in the CVI.

  I've been very fruitful so far (set up a Modbus API from scratch that supports all types of connection) but am confused on how I can get the integer multiples of the user without limiting the number of integers I can get. Essentially, I need to be able to get an array of integers to the user.

  General information, I am building a user interface to test my Modbus API. There are Modbus functions to 'Write multiple registers' and 'write multiple coils. I want the user to be able to enter all the values they want to write in one command.

  What is the best way to get an array of integers through the user interface?

  The easiest way is probably to allow user input in a textbox control numbers: items can be separated by spaces, commas, or even a line break (using ctrl + Enter). You will then need to extract the string from the TextBox and analyzed for numeric values using any non-digit character as a separator: strspn (string, '0123456789'); can be used for this.

  More complex, another possibility is to use a table control to receive user input: you Dresses an empty table with a reasonable number of roews, or you need some codes to add new lines as long as the user fills all those already existing.   I am running as admin on my computer and I made a separate user for my girlfriend, but I don't know how to make so that it can access the photos I have on my user of its user. When I connect the customer to see I'm automatically redirected to the WinXP for HER, without going through the window that lists usually all available virtual PC. This happens on all terminals, I tried. Other users, even if you connect to the same terminal, are given the option to select a virtual PC, even if they have the choice of a!

  I have checked the setting for the PC virtual in the Teradici PCoIP Management Console and also the settings of the user under the Horizon view VMware administrator but cannot find where my configurations user and desktop are different from those that work "correctly".

  Is someone able to propose what I'm looking for?

  I arrived on the solution after you follow through with your suggestion above. I used the client on a Windows PC, then after that record on I clicked on 'Options' in the bar of VMwareView Client session and erased the text is 'auto connect to this office. We have the option 'Enable automatic reconnection' set to false, so I'm not sure why that followed me.

  But the good news is that it worked!
