  Usually, this is 5-7 business days, but occasionally it can take more time (even with iTunes App Store also). They may be on a staff limited due to the holidays, so be prepared for that. I have published many applications and none of them have taken anywhere near 4 weeks.

  I don't know what happened with agents, with which you spoke. Looks like someone left dropped the ball. I went ahead and started the order. Sound was sent FedEx ground. I think it takes usually 3 to 5 days. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  Note it is the installers for June which I think includes updates until then.

  -How users respond to such sensitive things;

  -the unexpected number of bugs need get it fixed;

  -What other features does the team has in mind...

  All this and perhaps many other things affect the determination of the list of priorities, and the list could change over time. Therefore, it is very difficult to tell what next step is taken, and what it will include. It's a work in progress, and in the meantime users work with it! That's what customers seem to prefer, instead of waiting for much longer until this that all involved was executed perfectly...
